Can it clear the errors showed on dashboard like check engine, etc ? can we do it with android application or do we have to connect the laptop ?

I am looking for such scanner for Suzuki Cultus 2013, I think OBD2 won't work for this model.Could somebody guide me where can I find such scanner for suzuki Cultus 2013?
However, there must be some converter for interfacing OBD2 device with OBD1 device.
Unfortunately vehicles in Pakistan are usually obsolete models for which almost no technical material is available online

Also could somebody guide about the location of OBD Diagnostic Connector in Suzuki Cultus 2013.

For all after 1996 or 1995 models OBD2 works. You can see the top OBD2 devices here with complete details. On the other hand, with the use of special adaptors for OBD2, you can also scan the after 1995 vehicles as well. I think you should ask from any auto expert in this regard. I am also looking for an OBD2 device these days that's why shared my views.

I have Suzuki Cultus 2013. I have purchased ELM327 OBD2 Diagnostic Device from a seller on Pakweels.

I just did a superficial level of research on this device. I was thinking that since OBDII interface is provided in almost all vehicles produced after around 1995. So, this device is most likely to work with my car model.

But to my surprise, this device does not seem to work with my car model. It fits on well on the OBDII interface connector provided underneath the dashboard close to the steering wheel. However, it works well on Honda City.

Either has Suzuki has its own customized diagnostic interface which looks like OBDII or it is equipped with OBDI interface instead. This is what I need to explore further.

Could somebody tell me which device model is going to work for my car?

Which app you are using with this bluetooth scanner? Try SZVIEWER app. It will work for sure if your scanner is ELM 327 V1.5

Appa was provded with the product on CD. It seems like the protocol is not compatible with ECU of car.

Could you please elaborate a bit on SZVIEWER app? Are you talking about this app?

No it does not seem to work either. Pairing through Bluetooth link is established and device is identified by the software as ELM327 along with the version# of the firmware installed on the device, i.e. V2.1. But the issue seems to be communication link with ECU is not being established.

Seems like this device is not compatible with diagnostic interface of Suzuki Cultus 2013 Model...

My general observation about Suzuki Pakistan assembled cars is that they usually deploy old technologies in their cars that are being sold in Pakistan. Since, no regulations for provision of better cars in Pakistani market seems to be practically in place, so foreign especially Japanese Auto-companies play foul with local consumers in Pakistan.
