dura flush II is an american product and is very good, it is also sold under different packaging names, Its best used in a flushing gun, but it requires a purge of 15 minutes at slow blow and then a HUGE blast of nitrogen to get it out, you need an air nozzle which flows more than 3 times the air/gas of a normal blower nozzle - something that also rates the thrust of pressure on its specs.
You guys can also lookup Ford and GM products for flushing A/Cs - they are sold by part numbers and can be sourced from the mid east very easily.
Its very odd that MB had the duraflush with them because its actually against standard mercedes benz repair procedure to flush any A/C system, they literally tell you to replace all parts if the compressor sent metal through the system, literally all parts including the suction and liquid lines.
flushing A/C parts is an american repair procedure and to be honest americans are the baap dada of A/C systems - I would take their word first but be sensible in my approach.
and no need to buy that mercedes branded compressor oil, its so expensive that it should be delivered on a bed of peacock feathers on a private charter jet along with a reservation of dinner at a michelin star restaurant.
If you are hellbent on "Deutsche tiele" then get the FUCHS ISO 46 PAG DEC compessor oil, its the same stuff thats inside the benz bottle - which is also the same stuff inside an ND8 bottle from denso.
