Last week saw this Volvo 9400 bus at Lahore TDCP terminal holding Dl 1p c 3737 plate. I wonder what does this say? It indeed was mean looking luxury bus.

It must be Sada-e-Sarhad the Delhi-Lahore DTC Bus. A/C Coach built by Volvo India.
Delhi Transport Corporation : Delhi-Lahore-Delhi Bus Service

Note that Volvo 9400 comes in different forms multi-axles and normal ones. Such a Bus(Volvo B9R) is also put into service in Kolkata-Dhaka route.

OLD Bus was a Ashok Leyland Viking BS-III Azad Body:

It says the bus wears Delhi (DL) plates. The '1P' bit means the bus was registered as a commercial bus, and I'm not sure what the year of registration is.
