Thanks, Nick. If I'm honest, I don't know much about AMET Cruises, but I have been to the Lakshadweep islands on a 10 seater aeroplane, on a school trip about a decade ago, which was loads of fun. I suggest you go, obviously.

AAAsome pics and thankees for posting. This ain't the time to be going to Goa but i'm surprised by the number of tourists there. Yeah, we're seriously thinking about taking the cruise in the fall. I was curious about Lakshadweep, not the cruise line, but anyways posting a link to AMET Cruises site. Interesting, as you'll see.

^^ yeah mate, Goa was searingly hot this time around. I'll make another trip in a few weeks, right in the midst of the monsoon. Re: Lakshadweep - I think it is way better than the Maldives solely on account of the fact that the archipelago is largely undeveloped, therefore, unspoilt. You should totally go if you get the chance. Thank you for the appreciation, btw.

I've been eager to visit the Lakshadweep Archipelago for a while and i found out that one needs to obtain a special pass to enter Kavaratty. Tour operators can arrange that i guess.

This thread is about the stuff I like, the sights I see, which happen to include architecture, holiday spots, and food, in addition to cars. It is my humble request that you don't visit this thread if you don't like what you see, besides, I like to keep things casual and mixed, given this thread is part of "Casual forums". Live a little, please.
