Old Jaipur is congested, but surface quality is quite nice. Roads in new Jaipur are rather good IMO.
- The ambiance of most of Indian restaurants is same. I have been in many Indian restaurants in Sri-Lanka, Korea, China & Thailand. And they too have the same ambiance. Well its cool and the serve very well and in respectful way. But next morning I bet my a*s really cries in wash room because most of Indian foods are very spicy.
- Most white people from Europe surely try once the Indian foods because alongewith the foods they enjoy a bit of Royalty in the restaurants.
Rajasthan's restaurants are unique in the way that they're set in truly historic spaces, be it forts, palaces, or even centuries-old homes, unlike many restaurants in Europe/the US/Canada, and even parts of Asia where they try too hard to give guests the "Indian experience". Thank you for your comment.
