The house has a massive room (adorned with either Persian or Kashmiri carpets, depending upon the occasion) on the top floor, that can seat upto 350 guests! They use it for religious and social events. Oh, and the ceiling is modelled and built on the lines of a traditional Kashmiri house boat...

Lunch was an elaborate affair, as expected. five or six different mutton dishes, the best of all being the gushtaba and butter fried lamb ribs, Kashmiri bread, rice, and gravy, all ridiculously good. It got messy after a few seconds, which is why there are only 3 pics of what should've been 300!
