the diamond brand resistor has two resistive connections and one bypass - the bypass is used to supply full current when the engine is cranking, this is done to ensure good spark quality because the battery volts drop and also the engine rpm is very low.

Test with a multimeter and check which is which.

thanks dear , i have checked with the multimeter and now got that which point is supplying the full current and which through resistance . Also i chkd the impedance of the primary winding and its more than its typical value , the current value is 4.1 Ohm primary (while the mentioned value on the box of that coil is 0.6 to 2.2 Ohm) means it has greater resistance , more than the standards . The secondary value is 10K ohm and the mentioned is 9 to 11K ohms.
So there is no need for this external resistor any more i think .
