Khushbakht, I think there is no easy way out. As far as I understand, the suspension system isn't adjustible to hard or soft mode. You probably need to replace shock absorbers and coil springs and probably bushes etc with after market parts which may or may not give you the desired results but definitely cost you a fortune.
Still asking Honda guys and experts on suspension systems would be the first step.
