Bought Honda CD-70 Today.....Please Say Mashallah

Today went to honda attena shop for 1st tuning at 1030 kms. Didnt let them touch the carburettor as i told them bike was already giving exceptional mileage of 60kms/litre, so the mechanic said than no need to touch the carburettor. Bike after tuning is more smooth. No more noise in gear shifting. Oil I used is havoline.

Mashallah than. Dream versions are faster and more smoother than the normal ones. Faster due to having more plastic. Mine gives me 60 in one iitre. Its pretty decent average considering my road prince only use to give 42.

but unfortunately this bike has lot the sales initially it got good response
but now you can hardly spot these in showrooms despite we know that it perform
good cd dream has worst resale value and it is because of showroom owners buyers
offer very low amount for this bike and because of very bad resale its sales are badly hit

True. From where i bought mine, there are only two dream versions and the dealer did try to sell me the dream version. In Lahore though one can see many dreams on the road.

there are three showroom of atlas honda in my city i don't see single
cd dream there now dealers are only on order booking bringing cd dreams

a relative of mine bought cd dream when it was launched he bought in 68k used
he sold the bike in 52k that was max offer to him now that is massive loss these
kinda losses are normal in bikes like pridor and deluxe or cg too but in atlas 70cc
its massive loss here in sindh small cities dealers really are looting people in used
market

So after getting thoroughly disappointed with the rear diamond tyre and getting punctured which by the way completely ruined tyre tube, I bought a service R17 6ply tyre for 1100. Other options were ghori and panther but loved the tread design of service so bought this. Will up load the picture in the morning

earlier it used to be only in cars bought new car & had to replace tyres
but now it has become necessary in motorcycles too as stock tyres comes
in are not of good quality they are 4 ply and gets punctured easily
i replaced my CD70 rear tyre immediately after buying bike from showroom
and straight away went to tyre puncture waala bought general magneto tyre for 1400
rupees and he bought mine CD70 tyre in just 600 rupees

My CD70 is 7500km driven Alhamdulillah no puncture so far

diamond tyres are much better than service I thing you got a old manufactured tyre

Well I too wanted to replace the tyre when I bought mine but for some reason I didn't. 1st punctured happened when bike was only950 mms driven. Second happened today 2700km. Tyre had holes and tube was completely damaged so went for new one

i don't think its issue of manufacture date tyre manufacture & atlas honda both
are doing this willingly atlas buying cheap tyres for their bikes they work i am
not saying they are complete fail but they are not as good as in market from very
same manufacture other tyres are available

so its game play of both motorcycle manufacture & tyre manufacture as both gets
benefit from it many motorcycle users these days are buying or compelled to buy
new tyres after some use of brand new bike

diamond tyres are much better than service I thing you got a old manufactured tyre

brother my bike was new serial wise, something khanthegr8 suggested to look for. But maybe that was the case. Though I am pretty sure that the tyre I bought now is way better than what came with my bike

Today I received my Zic oil which i ordered on sunday. I didn't actually knew that we could order online. Quite a packing that they sent in. My bike today will complete 3000 kms and will be due for second free tuning from AHL and oil change. Its a 20W40 and i got it for Rs. 315.
