Look abc ur car is not accidental or highly abused just needs few corrections in body that's it,
You are right khi's traffic is a nightmare but that does not mean that every car here will be abused and repainted.
Your car's bumpers are hell in condition even being in white in color they are not matching,
Even you installed new coils but check light is still there
So what these things give clues
That your car is not repaired from a proper technician,

In my opinion your car needs lambda cng sensor and check light will be off
In my opinion your car's bumpers needs to be painted again from 3s or any other but most experienced person and painter
For suspension work you should goto 3s and all work will be done greatly if any thing is costly buy it from shershah.
