Alhumdolellah finally today found the 5w30 by caltex which is yet not available on many havoline outlets.
Yes it costed me more than the 5w30 by total which I used to get from drum dispenser but believe me I am very happy. I can at-least have this receipt on the day of Judgment and say that ya Rasool ul Allah I was not able to do anything more but at-least I boycotted a french company in your love.

u can also use idemitsu 5w30 fully synthetic ,available with me (rwp/isl). its second largest oil refiner in japan after JX Nippon.

Dear no precise idea about it, however, personally, I am not in favor of expensive oils, although this oil seems to be officially available in Pakistan as per following link:

To me, value to money oils from local brands, and abundantly available, are the oils to go!

IMO; In semi synthetic oils in 10w-40 grade, following seems to be the locally available options:
