The tyres like Horizon or Power Trac are chinese AA grade tyres. Ofcourse they can't be compared with the branded Yokos, Contis, Pirelli or Michellin etc but can be opted safely it can be stated that far far better than BGs and value for money. The ride comfort and noise is not with par to other brands which are more than double the price but do not last double mileage.
So now a days these tyres looks to best bet interms of quality and price.
Like i have DBs in my civic and we tested Pow Trac putting in collegues turbo civic and his remarks are.
Value for money and satisfactory. They used to have a wet road noise kind of thing but acceptable.
