Brake fluid Replacement/Flush

I experienced that it usually took between 700ml to a litre to completely change the fluid out depending on how bad the system was kept.

I flushed my brake fluid and within a month it again became black.. what could be the reason?

system is dirty inside or the rubber pipes to the wheels are flaking off internally.

car is mehran 2005 model? should i change the master cylinder seals as well? what are the symptoms of damaged rubber brake pipes and damage master cylinder seals?

the rubber pipes are 10 year replacement items, regardless of mileage.

change them out, they are very easy to do.
