we can't compare two different cars for one having ABS and one having not.
How ever, having ABS car for the last 8 years, I would say that on lower speeds like less than 50 or say 45 Km/Hr the ABS made me feel to stop with greater distance. where as on High speeds like 80+ Km/Hr, the ABS is much efficient.
This also depends on the road (surface) some times the roll resistance is more than the friction resistance and some times its the other way around.
This is the cause.
If roll resistance is greater, means when the tyres lock, they start skidding on a layers of dust or pebbles etc
some times when the road is very good, the friction resistance is more, this is normally when you see a jet black brakes marks on road
