don't be surprised .. City School PAF Chapter Karachi 9th graders are smoking CHARAS and buy beer with drivers from clifton licence shop near cafe clifton that said .. it happens when parents are occupied somewhere socialising shopping and feel at ease by putting their ward in 'expensive school, hiring expensive tutor ... but forget to groom and build character of their child.

when the child know about ' special refrigerator inside parents bedroom' who can deny access when both are absent

Its not about the school, its about the up bringing.. ..I am alumni of PAF chapter and believe me i have seen the ruined and civilized child as well.....people with prados were also civilized and people with mehran were also ruined
Its about the availability of such things to underage persons...Impose a strict ban on these things and see the results
