The correct way for flushing is to first powerflush the old trash liquid out via the heater connections as they are “behind” the thermostat, then fill with water and flushing agent, let it completely cooloff then drain and powerflush again from the heater bypass connections with a garden hosepipe and finally rinsing with some distilled or RO water. Then filling with 50% charge of neat coolant and topping off with water.

Doing this drain and flush 5, 10, 25 times is a waste of time.

Foaming is due to low quality coolant ... Bubbles are due to air locked in the lines.... You need to get rid of this coolant and use Caltex or Aisin coolant... Premixed is better... After refill, Park the car nose up, start it and keep it running for a while cap opened until you don't see bubbles... Restart the car after a few hours and do this again as some bubbles might be remaining...

Premixed is better.

Premix coolants are usually expensive. And companies wants to sell pre-mix coolants only because we are paying the price of water also which is already added to it.

Now concentrated coolants are hard to find items in PK. Only very few of them available.

But before some time, the Caltex concentrated coolant was like 1750/- per 1L. You have to add 1L water in it.

And at the same time, pre-mix coolant’s prices were ranging from 1500-2000 per 1L depending on brand to brand.

Recently I bought 5L of concentrated coolant and pour 5L of water. My vehicles takes 10.5L. Today the price of pre-mix coolant is like 2200-2500 per 1L. and if I have to buy 10L pre-mix coolant, it will cost me 25K.

Whereas I changed whole coolant under 5K only.

Pure Distilled water is also hard to find in Pakistan

well there are two options.
One check from the medical stores. Some stores has bigger of distilled water available like 1-4L. Its available on daraz also.

The Havoline concentrate coolant is the best thing you can buy for your car.

The OP might have air still locked in the system.

What I do is after any work done where coolqnt is lost or wasted I always bleed the system.
Start the car, heater on, remove radiator cap, press all the hose pipes you can and bubbles will escape and keep on adding coolant little by little, wait for two cycles of fan switching on/off, and stop adding once coolant starts to overflow and you see little or no bubbles, close the cap (be cautious the coolant is a little hot at this time).
Now keep following coolant levels in the reservoir tank and dont open radiator cap repeatedly. Dont add coolant in reservoir tank to the brim cz it will overflow and will be wasted.

I dont think we can have minerals in the system

battery distilled water also has zero tds and are perfect to cut the coolant.

I used Guard’s concentrated coolant. They also called it Orange coolant.

Bought it from one of Guard’s main dealer Mohi-u-din Autos

1L bottle cost was like 735 only.

Yahan pe appne ghalti kr di Guard Coolant is useless. You should have gone with Caltex Coolant Orange one costly but works superb.

Using Guard's products over 2 decades. Never had any issue with them neither they fail ever.

Actually this is the problem sir. Kay testing is much more costlier than the product itself. That’s why we never have any chance to test the original products here.

A 4L motor oil bottle cost like 8-10K
But lab only need 100-200ml for testing and charges 25-35K for couple of tests.

That’s why people don’t go for testing.

2 years back my friend was going to open a lab for oil testing. But after going through initial formalities, he decided to drop the idea because the set up was hell expensive.
