In these models steering wheel is EPS (electronic power steering) which doesn't requires oil.

And the manual states a "clutch oil" what is that and how do I chech also tell me what oil filter you use along with manual tranny fluid and brake oil.

Brother according to my knowledge the clutch of this model is electronic as well and i never ever heard bout clutch oil.
I use toyota oil filter which you can buy from their parts shop (I usually buy from Toyota PECHS, Karachi.
