For school building, yes agreed with your comments. But believe me here opening school is such a profitable business (apart from aiming of delivering education) because of huge population. And once you have endorsement from LGS or beconhouse, or some similar group, then you need big calculator to count the profits every month.

Have a deep knowledge about the thing which you like to trade will actually give you a handsome amount of profit at the end of the month
