Buying a car and then repairs

Assalamualaikum everyone Glad to see a forum like this in Pakistan Really Happy actually been reading on it for good sometime,
Thought to add up my Experience
I have lived most of my life in UK been thinking to bring back everything in Pakistan after 15 years of my life bought a car from PAKWHEELS first car in Pakistan always wanted to buy Honda Accord old type got some customisations done on it but the person i have been in contact i blame myself i should have waited until i have come to Pakistan but in excitement i have made decision and bought it modified it and lets say OH MY DAIZ this guys surely ruined everything in the car and over the phone he was like ( ap tou mere bharay bhai ho 19-20 ka faraq ho ga ) but upon arrival car was in my garage and in light after dealing with everything else realised aha u got conned bro nicely now called the guy back and he start swearing on ALLAH & Rasool PBUH, anywho one morething realised ints quite funny is watever was in the car such as genuine door glass controllers and holder along with sun visors brother didnt even bother to put it back and block listed me, I Mean WHY blocking lol if you wanted money just asked for it atleast done some quality work so long story short 450k car bought n he charge me with all that bla bla 1600k on top and ever since i got the car drove only thing m doing on weekend solving issues one by one
1: tyres wer completly gone
2: air filter
3: ring pistons
4: wiring
5: electrics in dashboard
6: headlights
7: carpeting
8: just name a thing that i havent replaced lol
Moral of the story
If you are an overseas
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT BEING PRESENT THERE .

People don't sell their car until it's to far gone or they just can't pay for MAINTAINANCE

Vehicles are expensive here reason why we see a lot of vehicles on road that shouldn't be on road & scrapped,
A lot of people are stingy with an attitude JAB TAK CHAL RAHA HAI CHALNE DO won't fix the problem until the vehicle stops moving like (Not changing the excels until they're broken)

Then there's jo lega woh karega MINDSET
They won't disclose the issue or the maintenance required,
+ A lot of buyers also have this mindset they'll get find even a minor issue like a scratch or a scuffed bumper & make it a big issue to negotiate
