I would agree with the statement that these cars are very expensive to maintain
A personal experience i had a 2013 Civic oriel Pros which was i sold and in replacement got a 2004 Mark II Grande the car was in very decent condition but over the course of 10 months i spent about 125k just on maintenance and minor tweaks that could have gone by but just for my satisfaction where as the only thing i ever needed to do in my civic was oil changes and brake pads
I drove the Civic around 40k kms in 1.5 years while the mark 2 was driven 12k in 10 months (that too on long routes) until i sold it last week

front suspension bushes replacement with structs change will cost around 85K for a markX!

Brand new civic or corolla dont even come close to the class of Mark X or Crown .As far as your question is concerned then go for Mark x ,its parts are easily available even you can get brand new parts too like suspension and engine components . Finding clean mark X would serve the purpose . Even if you get slightly rough . Spend some money on it it will be more reliable then any Pkdm . Even new cars like Civic for example is facing reliability issues .Whether its a new car or old problem can arise . Rest is your choice !

Spot on! S & X Chassis are class apart from Corollas and Civics..
Maintenance costs largely depends on the car you get, even abused market cars can drain your pockets.

Bro comfort ke liye crown. Sporty feel ke liye Mark X. Bro but what I think resale of Mark X is better. Parts availability is almost same. If you want to have real feel of any of these car buy 2.5l+ engine.
My personal preference will be crown
