Why would you lose your items? You can bluff along the lines of what this guy did, else you still have to pay what they asked you already...

Worst case, you pay the same duty, best case, you pay 2-3000 or whatever is lower... No harm in giving them a handful in my opinion...

Its fairly simple. Open an account with Stackry (use my referal link for $10 discount) and buy/ship your items to the address provided by Stackry.

Your shipping address in Bestbuy will be that of Stackry, including their phone number. They need the local number, to organise the delivery sometimes. Your billing address in Bestbuy will be that on your credit card file with your bank.

See above messages for customs issues.

For insurance, your items are covered upto $100 from the parcel company by default, and you can increase this by asking them, before shipping the items from US.

I think this is a great discovery, and this post may change the way many Pakistanis will be shopping online in next few months.

Actually when DHL said they have paid your custom then means it is straight lie you should have someone in pak custom set your line with anyone who is working in pakistan custom.

Custom duty is always very very less or nothing but DHL are on loot mission never trust on them.

You know one of my package (which was coming direct from bodybuilding) from USPS was not receive but this week i also received it they took 2 months to deliver it.Postman gave it to me and don't ask any money means i paid 0 custom on it.

Local post office is always the slowest service, so if it gets delayed, its a usual thing. Dont forget the Pak Post is a govt institution and the work ethics and motivation levels of these employees is not exactly a secret. Lucky, that you received your protein before it expires. )

I dont believe seeing COD from Amazon ever, like ever. Are you sure?
Regardless, you can get Amazon to deliver to your friends in UAE. They now allow about 10 million items to be shipped internationally.
But if they dont, you can use a parcel forwarder to forward the parcel to UAE...
AFAIK, they will charge your credit card before shipping and I have been shopping with them since 2005 or or...

And COD method is just pure awesomeness ................ you don't have to pay a single penny in advance (unlike homeshopping), they just delivered to my relatives door (using aramex) and collect the exact amount what was write on amazon web site, no extra or hidden charges.
If any one have doubts I can post pictures ............ and also if you want ........... i can post very simple step by step guide for fellows.
