that sock (moza or juraab) is not a filter, its a strainer, your engine requires a proper fine micron dedicated fuel filter, This model accord used to come with a large wide can shaped fuel filter with two banjo fittings, the later ones then came with the smaller types you find in civics. Point is - you need a fuel filter.
The injectors on your engine would also have tiny filters in them (they are not serviceable) if they clog - you need to clean them, they can cause bog down. It will also be wise to replace the ignition coil and retest. I doubt any shop in Pakistan had a secondary ignition tester, so it cannot be measured that easily with smallish tools hence replace and test.
This should be the last bit, first get the engine mechanically perfect and all sensor inputs good. Then go after the ignition.
