Leaving aside the cars, driving experience etc.
Honda is the worst as far as their customer care services and after sale response is concerned. I'm Honda user myself, but I have a lot of praises for Indus Motors (Toyota). They would always respond. Although, even if u r not their customer. Honda has provided a WRONG Email address on their website. Their customer service number is never picked up. There is no way u can launch a Complaint. Dealership guys are helpless and useless too. I found a sever lack of competency as far as their skills and knowledge is concerned. (I don't know about Toyota guys as I have no personal experience with them).
I have put this on forum here so that people should be aware of facts.
