How much did you pay for thr pump and the filter? And are they oem..

it cost me 2800 RS New. Mechanic charged me 200 rs for installation and kept the last Fuel filter and its body!

You changed fuel pump without diagnosis of the actual error you see.

The fuel pump is tested for pressure with a pressure gauge put on fuel rail connection. If its good then dont change it.

Dig into the actual problem of the cam sensor error, find out when its failing, meaning check of it generates any voltage when you are cranking engine. This is the most basic of electrical tests.

I agree with you Xulfiqar, but that Old pump was so bad in shape, the Filter was Jet blackl and alot of kachra in the Pump. So it was better to put the new one. the Pickup got fine.

now for next step, i will doing below things

Starter RELAY
Starter FUSE
Inginition Assembly
EFI FUSE

I have face one more issue, when selfing the car, i got some Smoke from the Horn Side, so i guess the iginition is also bad or having some issues, i talked with one Electrician will be visiting him and tell your suggestions too.

note i replaced both CRANK and CAM Sensor QABLI last month and i am sure the last sensors were also fine. they occur due to Long CRANKING issues

Toyota parts counter have them in stock. And so do toyota parts jobbers. But first find the cause of loss of signal which is causing this error, rather than throwing used relays in the car.

Can you suggest how to find this issue Loss of Signal. By connecting the scanner ?
I am feeling something bad in ignition Switch. but will show to some Expert. Can you suggest any good electrician here in karachi

eventually ending up alot of un necessary replacement things over all
you need to go to a skilled EFI Electrician

bro actually i have mechanics but no good efi electrician. some.i know but they are just fake cleaning thoratel sensors. well capsat suggested me one. will visit him

though i resolved the issue my self since all markets were closed. i took out the cng ecu fuse and car is starting on half self.

cng system is making mess that is company fitted
cng button light is also gone now

your CNG ECU is intercepting the camshaft position sensor signal for timing advance and probably was getting corrupted from loss of voltage on startup.

Similar issue exists in Baleno with FF CNG, but the car fails to start completely, as suzuki intercept the crank sensor signal.

yes bro. now what you suggest next step. i have removed the fuse now and should i keep using like this or ask the electrician to completely remove the wiring of cng and it's Button.

further more i will ask a guy to check the pressure again for fuel pump.

You cannot fully remove this CNG system without a lot of work., almost half dashboard needs to be dismantled to access the wiring that is passing from firewall to CNG unit, then comes the wiring thats being intercepted at ECU.

If you wont ever use it again, then contact that guy abid that capsat mentioned and have him remove it all.

Gotcha. so its better to leave it like this and keep using it without CNG Ecu fuse .

status update.

i just checked the self again after 6 hours. of car parked. it starts on half self in chilled cold climate. so i guess the issue is resolved completely by removing fuse and fuel pressure is also intact for many hours
