Camping (isb to khujerab pass and gilgit to chitral)?

On day 1 try to camp at Saif ul Malook. Exclude Shogran.

Day 2 try to camp at Behsal.

Day 3 try to camp at FM or Jhail.

Chilas is hot for camping. No one camp there.

Use KKH on your way back instead Naran.

Plan sounds good. Baqi leave all on Allah. Now you have margins in your plan.

Keep day 1 short as u r already camping on Lake Saif-ul-Muluk on day 2. Try to do a little hike towards Shingri; not the full length but just get a better view of Kaghan

Chilas is very hot. You may have to rent hotel for the night as i would prefer u to start from Chilas the next day but camping will be tough call.

No specific reason except sightseeing enroute. otherwise Naran route is shorter and good road conditions.

yar the time lines for travelling on KKh are a subject to large changes coz of hold ups and road conditions. all the experts are giving u very accurate guidelines u just need to keep soem margins on that

Let me suggest you with experience not to cover every place in a single trip. Make a trip to KKH itself via Kaghan Valley and return via Besham or maybe add a detour like Deosai only. Trek and explore the area adjacent to the KKH like a trek aroung Bathura and Passu glaciers, or maybe walk in the Rupal valley or maybe a lil visit to Minapin from Hunza. This way you might enjoy and explore more.

I am saying this because after one trip you will be hooked and would like to go next year too; and then another one
