CC has very narrow streets, so it does not matter if you're parked in front of house or beside park, even park greenbelt is very small, so wherever you park you're in close premises of houses.
The other cars you saw were of people who went to mosque for maghrib prayer, since you mentioned that it was getting dark.
You did not eat food where you bought it from, there is parking in front of JJ, but you drove out of commercial area and parked in residential area.
If there was no parking available in market, you should have gone to next commercial area. I regularly takeout food and eat inside car, there have been instances where I had to drive over 5 minutes to find adequate parking spot to eat my food.
I am not saying that what police did is right, they were wrong. Correct course of action should have been to ask you to move your car somewhere else. But you know Punjab police, they're the worst police on this planet. They could write down in report that you were having sex in car in front of mosque, and then you would have to face humiliation for the rest of life. You say that you feel safe around police, but its the opposite for me. I try to avoid them at all cost. Don't even report crime anymore. They're worthless pieces of sh*t.
Btw, kon sa burger kha rahey thay? I want to try their food
