PTCL should be ashamed of themselves, they should not block 3rd party apps. We;ve paid for their lousy good for nothing box and we should be able to install apps than only watch bakwas news all the time to get frustrate.

On a side note, I've cross checked several other ISP providers in Lahore and they do not restrict anything on their boxes.

Instead of locking their trash boxes they should focus on improving their quality, but PTCL never fails to disappoint.

I just discovered a way to install apps in PTCL SmartTv Android box.

Open browser and download desired apk file. Then you can install that apk without any issue.

Or download Apptoide TV apk via browser and install it.
It's basically an app store designed for TV.
