I understand once you are out there, its easy but without showin your pressence how come you get your liscence renewed, they have to take your pic before issuing you a new one :S

GUYS! Who said you need the affidavit stuff? ALL you need to provide is the postal address of ANYONE you know in Islamabad. It just goes like 'Mr. 102 c/o Vajih Rahman, House Number...., Street.....my address.'

The RWP traffic police website seems to be down...and IBD traffic police seems to have no proper online presence. Can anyone please let me know (no speculations pls!)

I) If given an option, which is more beneficial - a driving licence from Rwp or Isloo? Why?

II) Is there a written test and eye sight test before getting the learner's driver lisence ?

III) What is the procedure and duration of getting a proper licence in Rwp/Ibd?
