Just thought of a few fields.

First of all, allergies and blood group is totally unnecessary on a card related to an Auto web portal.

Instead i think it should be replaced by some more important stuff like..

1) P.O.Box number
2) E mail adress
A lot of people are also based outside pakistan...
You might want to consider these fields for them:

1) Overseas contact number
2) Overseas address [/highlight]

Yaar my advice as a health professional and a student is that its very prudent to include the blood group and allergies in database. Just look at it, that v pakwheelers are just connected to a website, but v have bonded so much, even to donate blood for each others relative.
I'm pretty sure it would urge people to know their blood groups too, since atleast 50% of the people won't know their groups.
However, I think blood group, contact # and age should only be accessible to user and admin. Its too much info and can easily be abused.
