Manifold gauge set - 1450
couplers - 1200
freezer gas - 750 (1kg)...now I think I should've gotten smaller cans, that way wastage could be less.
can tap - 150

Well also observed that there is some rattling noise when car is at idlE. This is only from compressor what do you make of it? Gas overcharge? Or over filled oil. I measured both things...... Or compressor is done?

@Xulfiqar @SER_GTR well I wonder why do I always have spookiest problem. Today when outside was somewhat 40 deg and I was in slow traffic , car won't cool too much. At rpm above 1200 or so ad have chilled air. I thought I may be low on refrigerant. But to my surprise compressor kicked off. Can't get it back on. After sometime it came on it self. Happened two or three times.

I filled by weight. Should I check high side and low side for above diagnosis or it is case of heated clutch coil?

Is it normal to have car less cool air than at high rpm? I am not saying it is not cooling. But comparatively cooling is low at idle.

do you think my car came with thermostat in evaporation unit? Haven't seen my compressor cycle on and off even if its allowed to idle for hour.

Is the system stabilised at idle? You may have a worn out expansion valve causing a bouncing situation. Does it hiss too much?

if the compressor is noisy in operation and refrigerant and oil level is correct, the compressor is shot. You might want to first check the pulley for play after removing the belt, a bad pulley will cause a rumbly noise when the compressor runs.

does your can tap not have a puncturing needle? - it should - just close it tight.

about the slippy belt bhai.

Cleaned and washed pulleys with Lemon Maxx. Tightened back the belt.

Now that engage disengage thing is no more. But at speeds around 100 the compressor clicks in and out randomly. it behaves like when cabin temp. is up to the mark and clutch kicks out and kicks back in when temp. drops below (any specified) value.
But this is not the case - just an example of how it behaves - cabin temp. is just NORMAL its surely not up to the mark that the thermostat switch in cabin has to switch off the clutch. This happens in the morning like 9 a.m

Whereas in afternoon say around 3 o clock it doesnot do that. Compressor clicks in and remains clicked in.

What can be the issue?

Side note:: i by the way compared both belts and i find the other belt more groovy than the AC belt. But again its just i FEEL (felt it with fingers) do i need to change the belt? The difference can be taken as 19,20 lol

I got freezer r134a gas can (1kg!) from a shop near "mitthu khan ka ahata"; <a href='https://www.google.com/maps/place/33%C2%B036'01.8%22N+73%C2%B003'15.1%22E/@33.600497,73.054201,19z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0'>I've marked approx. location on google maps here. Filled at approx 1500rpm.

I have a dilemma. I didn't use the whole can. Now the can tap sits on the can, the yellow hose is connected, and the hose is connected to the manifold gauge. Can I remove the gauges and yellow hose without the can leaking out all the refrigerant? I need to use the manifold for home AC also. @SER_GTR any ideas/experiences?

Can Be Due To System Overcharged Or High Pressure

Get It Inspected/ Or Inspect It With Manifold Gauge LOW HIGH

If Its Not Pulley Then Al-Fatiha On Compressor.....

A Sound From Compressor Is Not Always A Good Sign....Don't Tell Me U Just Replaced Compressor -_-

Where is it? By the way temp needle was below half. I believe it's normal.

On Compressor Itself....Some Units Do Have That Safety .....It To Save COmpressor If Its Overheated....But It Can Also Be Anything Including TXV....DId You Have A NEW One Or Old??

Lol...I Literally Have To Put It On Chain Hoist To Lift This Thing Up In Air To Clear Chassy .... WHich I cant

But I Might Get Access To It From Right Side Wheel...By Removing Shield/Wheel & ...By Loosing Adjuster ...It Might Not Get Clean Clear View But Enough Of It I Guess....

I replaced it and now thinking 8 k may be gone.

The bouncing I mention is not engine rpm, its system pressure

Yes its the puncturing needle type. So to close it tight I have to screw the needle inwards into the can? Then I can remove the yellow hose and gauge manifold?

Anything Else Beside Getting It Removed By Puller Getting Engine Pulled OUT???

I Am Thinking Of Getting Long Solid Shaft .....Keep Aluminum Piece In Front Of Pulley Shaft ...HOLD It And STrike That Shaft On Alumumin WIth Hammer...It May Get Loose.... But That Tight Place On Right Side Wheel....Not Sure If It Can Be Done...
