Flushing evap and Condenser and lines
1. Get Petrol Fill them.
2. Let it sit there for some time Blow with compressed air
3. Repeat it twice.
4. Will try to see if that AC guy has fittings and i fill it with air or nitrogen along wtith petrol. For hammering effect.
Flushing the Compressor
This i dont think is necessary as i have seen a very good compressor tied to engine and i am sure it is not repaired. Its pipes are sealed so that no dirt gets in or out.
- Extract all oil in there and measure how much came out
- Fill it with ND-8 oil
- Spin it for some time and then again remove the oil.
- Repeat it twice
Fill everything according to specs and get good vaccum and then refil according to weight

Following shows the picture of the new TXV from the coil i obtain. One can observe the rusted bolts. As I dont consider them problem. If this was not mounted then i would think this is bad coil. All pipes were connected to both connections. The black you see are pipe scratches not dirt
