actually my mechanic before installing the gas, exerted alot of air pressure into the pipes to check the leakage coz he haven't found the leakage on low air pressure..is that thing caused the condenser damage ?

and another thing u said to replace evaporator also...i mean why ? coz jo debris condenser se pass hue wo to receiver/drier me agaye jis ki waja se wo block hogya ...that means wo agay forward nhi hue evaporator ki trf...so still that evaporator needs to be replaced by a new one ?
if finer particulate shot into the evaporator, then it will clog it, its also a very narrow pass design like your condenser and will choke. I have seen it happen quite a lot.
The older style serpentine evaporators and condensers used on R12 could be flushed out and reused but not the new ones being used in R134a
yes - we know that and the above is mentioned for a stationary home installed A/C unit.
no you cannot clean a parallel flow condenser internally and neither can you revive a dryer, the parallel flow condenser has pinhole sized passages and multiple flow paths which make it impossible to clean. A dryer has a desiccant bag in it which becomes useless after being opened for more than a few minutes. The filter in the dryer bottle cannot be blown backwards for cleaning as its internal and will clog up immediately when normal flow direction is restored.
Get a new MF condenser and replaced receiver drier
;( hmmm ok so these two must be changed...wot about evaporator ? is it safe or it should be changed too ?
open it up and inspect it for debris in the ports and try flushing it out if its just lightly dusted, if you see larger particulate matter then its best to change it if its PF type. - it also traps a lot of oil in it so make sure your mechanic fills the system with correct quantity of oil after flushing it. Too little oil will destroy the compressor.
the mechanic told me that ur evaporator and condenser is fine and the prob is with ur compressor...it creates the small parts of iron (debris) and when it passes through the condenser the drier becomes block...and u only need to change the compressor...
wot in my mind is...agrr me condenser or drier change ker bhi lu to kia me usi compressor ko run kar lu purany waly ko jo laga hua he ND wala or agrr me us compressor ko new condenser or drier ke sath run kerta hu to kia wo again in dono cheezo ko kharab nhi kar de ga ? coz humain kia pata ke compressor still has the debris or dirt inside
find a new mechanic.
the drier is after the condenser, and the compressor is before the condenser. if the compressor is shooting metal into the discharge line the condenser will be filled with that material - we all know that new R134a condensers cannot be cleaned out - if you keep on changing the compressor they will keep on dying and the dryer will keep on choking unless you replace the contaminated parts.
so mechanic plus condenser and drier? right ?
zulifqar bhai tell me any ac mechanic in islamabad i will go there and inspect my car ac
cannot say - ask an isb member

Reliable person and his rates are very reasonable.
What if we flush PF condenser internally regularly (once a year or once every two years), to prevent internal choking. In that case, flushing will be useful?
Like flushing in advance as a precautionary measure so that it does not choke further.
bhai someone is giving me that ac condenser...is it fine for my alto vxr ..i have installed a 660cc japani alto engine
how to check this condenser that whether it is fine or not
wont work - the condenser internal passages are incredibly tiny. If you wish to save the system from foul debris then there are additional filters you can buy and plumb into the system.
just the idea of flushing the system every year is incredibly wasteful as nothing will come out of this exercise.
