Since Royal Shield is controversial here and many disagree about its effectiveness and I dont want anyone from the outside to mess with the paint using low quality products, either I will take the help of a local PW'er here who knows this stuff or will follow the procedure myself.

So what I get as a possible solution is that I get good product that contains 'Super Resin Polish' of a reputable brand. Apply it thoroughly and then wax the area with a good quality like Mothers to protect it. I will follow this procedure each week until the swirls go away.

Am I heading in the right direction.. :-# Detailers HELP

i doubt for the avilability of Autoglym Super Resin Polish here in pakistan , in my view meguairs ultimate polish will also remove minor swirls and than u can seal with any good sealant etc

nothing bad in royal shield , its also a sealant but problem with the bad application technique which ruin some of car paints here

well in lahore experince not found good but u are in karachi may be there they have expert personnel for proper application

@Ahmed Bhai.........Kuch mujhay bhee bata dain kya karoon !! InshAllah..I am going to have same black xli as you have in few days. Shall I go for Royal Shield or stick to home used quality products? Isnt it very tiring to apply wax and polish by ownself (A)

also got ur pm and already responded, regret for delay in responce as now a days bit busy in offce , sales below target so doing extra efforts to bring back desired levels

there are 2 types of car waxes
one is natural waxes drived from a special tree in brazil called carnuaba wax
second kind is man made so called synthetic wax
infact 3rd kind is hybrid ( mixture of both above )
since ur car is in dark colour so u should go for natural carnuaba wax to further deepen darken paint, rest already responded in detail to ur pm responce

Thanks to Allah the greatest, the car has been repaired.
Got these pics in mail today and experts and my dear gurus are requested to comment on the results please .
esp those seniors who checked the pics of the damaged fender. ( those pics are still aval on DC part 1 thread)

PS please ignore the dust as they say in urdu aurat ka mian mar jaye to woh bewa hojati hai so in my absence my car is being treated like a bewa back at my home and no one even bothered to put top cover on it.

wow great outcomes of repair , so whole fender re-painted ? in pics seems very good results , now u need to get wheel cover

Okay so I told them about the availability of Autoglym so they told me about Mothers Hand Glaze. So what do you think?

1. Mothers Hand Glaze or,
   2.Meguiars Ultimate Polish

Kindly also tell their price in the local market and which one is better.
