i received armorall ultra shine liquid polish from volverine
i found 2 videos on how to apply it,that is with mf cloth n then after a minute,use the clean side to buff it
can i use meg's pad to apply it?

dear read back side directions and if they saying application through microfiber pads than follow same for best results u need to give good massage with bit firm presure
in my view there's also no harm by foam applicator but since its polish so u should not go for very soft finishing foam applicators which usualy good for liquied waxes or sealants

btw this is very mild polish , hardly remove minor imperfections but will give depth

ur friend is right as modern engines are very "nazuk mazaj" unko pani se serdi lagti hai
joke apart , modern engines having more electrical panels , sensors thats reason car companies forbid to wash engine bays, i never see abroad people wash engine bays but in pakistan its very common to do ( including me :P)
u can also do this by covring all sensors, electrical panels by plastic shoppers and than wash with water to remove loose dust than use any all purpose cleaner, like turtle presoak or 3m apc , dilute them in water as per recommanded retio and by help of spray bottle spray that solution on desired panel in engine and than rub by differnt sizes brushes, cloth and than wash with water.

I suggest the detailing crew should upload the pictures on Flickr instead of attaching it here. Flickr gives a very sharp and contrasty look to the picture. They retain their original quality and as this thread is about detailing, quality mein detailing dekhney ka alag maza hoga

well had to wash my corolla as it was in the mercy of mechanics..and came back pretty dirty and dusty,,,

so used all the waxes in my arsenal to detail this.l

i hope i got that gloss or deep wet look....but still took me 5 hours....

My white car looked off white in some places the bonnet and the trunk and some part of the door, so I tried some scratch out and hand work and here is the result.

I was wondering if use of wax could have caused the off-white color??
Secondly how much does it cost to get a car full body polished and whats a good place to get it done? And is there a different polish for white cars?

Ive a city'05 , I do get it service once a month(They do spray oil under car)! few months back i have noticed little rust spots under backwheel fander, ihave applied silicone there ( sumone adviced me to stop that rust stops to grow) those spot are seems fine as it didnt grow further.. But few days back i noticed many rust spots under doors and on borders or front/back mirrors. I am posting pics aswell.

I just got back from painter/denter to look for an advise. He said do "Kalam Touching" Or "Ghiss kar paint spray karenge" and gave me rough estimate of 2000 for whole body(kalam touching) ..

My request to experts here to advise me every possible option what shud i do to get rid of those touchin + stop getting further rusts on both Under and Over car. and if they'll quotes refrences and prices that would b helpfull

Note: My Car do Have a rough surface Usage ( Sher shah side)
