Like u have to sand them or mask them
Being detailing rule always prefer least abbrassive options.
My bilori's interior was also very dirty and having some scratches but I prefferd to mask them
First u have to clean interior
I used 3m apc with retio I think 3 part apc and 7 part water , make solution in spray bottle and use some detailing brushes and microfibers I cleaned whole dash board, door panels , Diki area etc , than again apc wipe with microfiber
On dry surface scratches prominent so need oiling as oils mask scratches
Use leather conditioner on all interior plastics yes leather conditioner as its contains many natural oils or u can made home made detailer
I made my self 500ml warm water, 1 table spoon petrollium gell, 1 tea spoon olive oil 
and 1 tea spoon hp19 turtle hyper polimer glaze , shake well and by spray bottle spray on foam applicator pad and give good massage on whole plastic, give curing time for an hour than by help of dry microfiber rub thoroghly and apply megs ultimate interior detailer or any other interior detailer , plastic will show dark, very rich full of life and optically scratches will also reduce
