One of the best way to wax, n mask minor flaws, do apply wax with your hands. Trust me, it not uneven. U see bit more wax on some places on hood, cz there are paws marks, the more messag, the more wax will be absorb.
26# claims pure carnuba, so thats matter too that it looks uneven :s, try playing with dodo with hands

Yesterday had a very good time at dc center, well weather was quite pleasent too, well as u know its a detailing center so one cannot stop to had a lil wash n wax under v1 supervision, well applied ultimate wax, no pix where taken cz we were enjoying awesome dal chawal
so i came home last night n forgot to put the topcover on car, next morning i wakeup, i knew that my cats have done there work, yes they love to get on the car, n their paws signs left over the hood badly.
Washed the car n wipe it with clean m.f, now i applied hyper polymer glaze n applied on hood n fenders with soft applicator pad, n give a gud messag. Then applied liquid 26# wax with hands n buff it out with m.f. n wala all signs n spots covered, paint become glossy with nice depth, i tried to take pictures but cam cannot show the true results. Here u go

lolx i know hood pa bht maza aya ta but cats na thabhai phair de, glaze iss lia gaya ta k filling n masking ho jay, phir mujy NXT lagni chyea te but i prefer liquid wax at that time, baki wax sai lagi the wo pictures ma lag raha ha k badal hood pa aa gy hai

I always end up with water spots on some places while drying... i guess i am not quick enough

any easy way to get rid of these before i apply wax

use any detailer or a sometimes a damp microfiber will do the job

bhai thats all good talk but if you have rough hands then you'll cause swirls
And i checked the data sheet of #26; it says:

"Skin contact:
Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If skin irritation persists, call a physician."
There's a reason why they don't say to apply it by hand on the can.

A plus point of doing it bare handed is masking, like you said and the paint gets a Tsunama of wax which gives a good pop to it. How many mf towels did you use to buff it out?

N for mothers, there will be a step 3 round shape tin n its a paste wax

after shampoo wash and before drying car, spray detailer spray and than dry car , it will help to avoid water marks

in summer try to wash car early in morning

Clayed the ride washed it again,
Now I dnt know how to wetsand a car :-# so what I did I used ultimate compound
with rotory and lake country light cutting pad I gguess polished the car with my favourite deep crystal polish

ONE CAR AND 2 cars being showed in the reflection is called detailing

deep crystal polish having rich glazing oils so dont provide good bounding surface for sealants, in future if u use this in base for sealant than must apply ipa wipe before sealant

in future try klasse polish in base and than top up with sealant for perfect bounding and ultimate outcomes
