lets first talk about waxes
main purpose of paint wax is protection and beauty for a specific time, in view of pakistan extreme hot weather we prefer paste wax as its melting point is higher than liquid waxes well pinnacle souvern liquid wax deny this old concept and that wax melting point almost same or even better than many of paste waxes, its easily last 2 to 3 months in hot weather like pakistan 
spray waxes are not designed for such tough protection they are boosters for show car with main objective of beauty instead of protection, though they also have protection agents but not as strong as in main paste and liquid waxes.
spray waxes are intended to be maintenence product and extend the life of ur main paste or liquid wax coat, they known as boosters to amplify the shine between main paste / liquid wax coat, their life span not as longer and hardly survive 1 to 2 weeks in weather like pakistan as their main aim is promptly amplifying the beauty instead of protection. spray waxes also known as quick wax as its quickly restore that "just waxed" look in a very short time , spray waxes known to be a " final or next step process " for its main paste and liquid wax
pinnacle themselves claim their spray wax use with conjunction with anyother main wax for additional gloss and slickness , howeveru can use stand alone but u have to compromise with its short life
ok now we specificly talk about ur vitz as its aready protected with good strong sealant , yes in ur case spray wax would be ok if u can apply weekly.
if i am at ur place i will go for pinnacle sovern liquid wax , every month i will give a coat of this liquid wax and every week will give home made quick spray wax ( take 500ml distil water and add 2 table spoons of same liquid wax and shake well before use
