Hello to all gurus of detailing !
M new to all d stuff so kindly tell me about d basics of detailing ....
I have civic 2012 in black so kindly guide me to get sppanking shine from black....

washed rims first,back ones were easy,front one were pretty dirty,n still one is quite dirty n couldnt clean it off all with just wet cloth n water
then washed car,had lots of dirt of rains of atleast more than 1 week,then cleaned interior
there was some black dirt on doors,rubbed mf alot n that cleaned it,but i thought mf might get ruined
so some cleaned some left,n then there were some black line at the bottom of door that just wouldnt go
i thought others spray interior cleaners,so i just sprayed water n rubbed with mf
no wax no sealant
also there were lots of black clouds when i started,n still there but atleast its clean n alot of dirt came off

u are in islamabad pls cordinate with @dynamicallyStatic as he has gone through some similar situation and by help of paint shop in his area he solved problem by using heat gun

In my case it was rainy water that had etched into the clear coat because of being covered in plastic during rain and then being exposed to direct sun after it. In your case, I believe its cement pieces that you can feel being pasted. When you say inside the fenders, I believe it doesn't involve being stuck to the clear coat or may be just a thin line of it. A good denter can possibly suggest you what would take those off but doesn't sound like an easy solution as its been a year as well so its possibly well cemented.

Nice reflections MashAllah. This black look would look even more clean when the tyres are dressed as well by a durable dresser such as Meg Endurance gel that lasts longer.
About dust, thats usually minimised by the use of quick detailer wipe which lays a slick but temporary layer that attracts very less dust.

I do have ultimate quik detailer. So i should wipe on wipe off right after im done with the carnuba topping? I have ultimate quik wax and megs black wax too. Shall i use them after carnuba? Yeah im very confused

Not much to confuse.
Let me suggest you a combination with the items you've listed.
Your megs black wax is an All in one type black color charged wax that has cleaning abilities as well as some protection. So in your items, this has to be used first as the base since it will remove the prior layer of wax, do some cleaning and lay a mild protection layer. So Black wax in the base. Dont use it now because it will remove your carnauba layer.

Then you use the carnauba wax that have currently put on. You didn't list the brand but assuming you other items are Megs, its probably #16, #26 or GC.

Follow it with a quick detailer wipe on wipe off to reduce the static charge induced during removal. This will attract lesser dust.

When you wash your car next, you can use the ultimate quik wax as a booster which will bring that just waxed look with some protection (much more than that of detailer) and this will eventually increase the life of your underlying wax.

You can keep using the combination of detailer (for dust removal) between the the car washes, and when you wash use spray quik wax in 15 minutes to restore that just waxed look. quik wax is meant to applied very thinly. The car will bling bling for very long using this combo.

Repeat from black wax after a few months.

Black wax is more than just a cleaner wax (for which you dont need any curing). BW needs to be applied a section/panel at a time, so basically BW panel 1 and 2, remove panel 1 (which should've turned haze by now), BW panel 3, remove panel 2 and so on... I haven't used BW or WW myself, so telling you things from principle/usual instructions.

After you're done with the car which would've taken you a good 45-60 minutes and assuming you've got a lot of elbow grease left, you can start applying GC from the first panel you did with BW which would've had a cure. Or take a 30 minute brake and start applying GC.

The way we eat in ramadan , guters refuse to hold & opper say Paris may barish every thing is kinda obbling out & its like a acid splashing on your ride

I used to prepare her with sealants before rainy season !!!

So how you protect/seal her before barsat 'n' barish ???????????? yah kuch bhee nahee kiaaa or bus parathay khaa kay soo gayeee :-#

3coats on my Merc amir bahi of klasse and parked in garage with car cover on top
nano paint sealent on civic (H)
and new beast is under session all these will be parked with car cover while daily workhorse will be used in rain only

So, I haven't posted any pictures for a while and this time I will be posting mixed pics taken at different days either after a car wash or detailer wipe and the ones taken in open do have a slight layer of dust on it too... These pictures are between week 5 and 6 (a reminder that the car has 5x layers of werkstat sealant).

One of the things I did during week 5 was a car wash that was followed by a detailer wipe of werkstat Glos (which is a part sealant part cleaner).

Some rear shots this time in an attempt to post pictures differently from my prior pictures:

During the week 6, I gave it a detailer wipe with my Optimum Detailer and gloss enhancer. Next morning or may be the day after, I took a few pics while it had the overnight dust layer. This time I am posting some reflections that I haven't posted in a while. Some crystal crisp mirror reflections MashAllah:

Standing outside on the road a few hours later, left side rear reflections and general look in the street:

While taking some pics, I discovered a very nice rear angle that clearly shows how the sealant is MashAllah nicely holding up that you can actually feel the slickness of it in the picture.
