i m new on pakwheels ,i brought rotatory polisher last month and could not understand how to use it after to much search on web kindly teach me how to use it

Well Ali welcome to PW detailing group. As far as my limited knowledge is concerned rotary polisher is used by professionals and those who are in detailing for long time as this tool can harm your paint if used incorrectly. Amateurs like us should start with Dual Action polishers first then move on to a rotary. Please don't use rotary polisher if you don't know how to use it or till the gurus here like @vague_one and @ahmad_yar tell you how to do it. Also I would suggest to post some pics of rotary use on your car if you did use it so that correct advice is given by the senior members at detailing.

may i know what car u have ? its age, color ? what products u using to protect her beauty and if possible day time car pics under direct sun.

rotary is proffesional range detailing tool and very effective in paint correction ( paint cutting ), require differnt specific pads in view of product going to use with that. rotary is bit tricky to control and without experince there is big chance to ruin paint

may i know ur aim to use this polisher ?
tahir bhai mentioned very correct start fromm dual action polisher , its quite safe and fun to use

Dear All,As usual looking for an expecting spectacular guidance from you all. For an ultra mega ultimate lazy person (who hasn't ever changed a flat tyre on his own due to laziness), what would be an ideal solution to keep a 2010 Audi A4 clean, exterior and interior? In Islamabad that is. The interior is matte finish. Many thanks and Eid Mubarak if it is Eid where you are.

well very simple solution , instead of doing it urself simply take services of any proffessional detailer to do it for u.
i would propose to get sealed ur car skin with good sealant for longer protection with peace of mind
DC studio time time to time visit islambad and hopefuly this month they again coming twin cities to treat couple of exotic beauties
would propose you to pls cordinate with poster (usman bhai v-1 ) and than see changing life of ur a4

By the way, Ahmad bhai the detailing done on Orca.....kya hi baat ha! Masha Allah, you have made black more black-er :P....city ki detailing dhamaka thi liken is detail ne tou black hole khol dya ha i was being pulled from chair to computer screen lol. And you did all work during roza sab se demanding biwi ko please karne ke lye kya kya karna parta ha!

highly appreciate ur expert analysis for my orca and city just a right product, right process , right tools brings far better results or peyare bhai shadhi na kerna ager car detailing ka nasha hai app ko tu becasue its quite difficult to keep happy wife and car at same time

Dear Ahmad bhai, ainj tay na akho yar.........darasal I envy yer rides.....baat kuch aise hai keh we get frogs in the morning to start with an have to make them into princes by the stipulated time period.....but a lot of the senarios here are as such that the same car is detailed....week after week, an a proper detail at that too....clayed, polished, swirl removers, sealant........to bhai jan it takes some reeeheeaal talent to put a difference between the two shots.....hats off Ahmad bhai....every time orca is different! I dream about the dedication you put into your rides, all 3 of them.....now if only I had time, and I could do my own ride.....top to bottom....lets seee, maybe on Eid days I`ll have some time on hand....who knows kiya kiya dhamakay ho jayen....

a panel was repainted
when compounded it gave lots of shine,but after few days when i washed,shine is gone n it looks dull now,why is it so?
should i wax on same day as compounded?
there's one more compound session left but why the dull look?

Was the paint sanded after final paint coat? Which grit was used? How long has it been since it was painted?

City wash/wax on tuesday after iftari
Orca wash/wax on wed before iftari
Yesterday half day in workshop for bilori cvt oil change , throtal body , plugs cleaning etc ( soon will share karwai pics on bilori thread ) , afternoon wash and wax , evening out with family or barish ho gye
After iftar phir se wash and detailer spray

as i mentioned if car is routine dirty than 1 gal shampoo solution enough with 2 caps shampoo
use double bucket for shampoo wash

i would propose u
1) megs ultimate wash and wax shampoo
2) megs supreme shine microfibers a set of 3
3) megs ultimate paste wax
4) megs ultimate detailer spray
