Car Care and Detailing Dreams (Part 2)

Hey guys.
Did some detailing work on my Corolla.
Washed with Formula 1 shampoo and then did a coat of Gold Class.

Some pics:

hate silver as its very difficult to pullout nice shine and reflections but umer bhai u put good efforts and u becoming specilist in lighter shades

I need meguires pad which comes with cleaner wax, its bit harsh one, use for applying cleaner wax, any one have extra?

I have finally shifted my silver reborns colour yummmy (H) into a a dark silver colour never seen in any car lolz
now you guys have to beat me (which) you will lolz but still it would be hard for you guys hahahhahahah but still it was an awesome job and all done by hand

treat to see all pics of deep blackish blue swift , to me car paint seems wet, dark , very deep gloss , clearity in paint is excellent , specially very last pics in evening deep blackish blue shade i love it

few things which u should give attention next time

1) lower side panel having wax, i think its a paper and wax stucked in that, use any apc or car shampoo to remove wax from that

car's hatch door handle also having wax in corners

roof radio antina also having some wax and seems dry
pls remove chaudhery motors sticker as u already paied them enough amount so no need to advertise them more

overall to me car paint seems very good

I washed with the Formula wash and wax (waiting for meguiars wash n wax ) wash mitt and microfibers. using 2 bucket method explained by ahmad bhai.. and did special care while drying (let it dry naturally and used mf to absolve the water drops).
after drying i did panel by panel waxing using meguiars gold class wax.. in the end used megs ultimate detailer spray to secure the wax..
used 77ct spray for tyres and plastic parts.

now i have the following question...
1) how often i need to wax and detail spray it? i wash my car after 4 5 days....
2) what else i need to do to added up and improve , like another step or any more product for swirls ???
3) any good product for interior cleaning and detailing (which doesn't catch the dust) and tyres (currently using 7ct spray)
4) what should be used for crome metal parts and mufler tips

wow much differnce than before pics
car seems wet, rich compare to earlier hungry pics, deep in colour , i belive u just applied 1 coat of gold class , am i right ? now coming holiday (25th ) give one more coat of gold class wax

take day time pics in same angle as took before for best comparission , i understand gc must hide some of swirls but ur car having serious swirls and need some paint cutting to remove swirls permanently but for time being u can use natural waxes and will guide u for glaze process , until than maintain this look

very good first effort

for chrome parts most economical one brasso however turtle chrome polish good one

for interior try meguairs interior quick detailer or meguiars ultimate interior detailer

for tyers my love is meguiars endurance tyer gell or economical option would be armorall tyer spray

Yesterday I searched each and every shop in Rawalpindi/Islamabad that have branded detailing products and bought the following
from Shahid Autos Islamabad at great prices.
1.Mother's Step 1-3 (Rs.800/850/1500)
2.Mother's Reflection Top coat (Rs.900)
3.Meguiars Gold Class Wax (Rs.2300)
4.Mother's Reflection Tire Care (Rs.850)
5.Meguiars 2 Applying forms (Rs.750)
6.4 Meguiars Microfiber (3200)

For detailing products never ever go to Dubai Autos Islamabad/Rawalpindi, initially guys at Islamabad were over priced but when I went to Dubai Autos Rawalpindi to buy Gold Class Wax its dry and hard like stone that guy has 4 packs all are same I dont know the reason but that doesn't look like a wax.

Excellent products purchased and very impressive results. The depth in some pictures is outstanding. I think the paint will improve more and become more crisp with more layers of a carnauba esp the paste wax like you have the GCCPW. I typically like around 3 for something as deep as this. Keep going like this and use these products to their limit before going on to something better.

On a side note do not use the step1 again unless you are shifting to a different wax or you are about to clay the car.
Its usually recommend to use the Step 2 as frequent as you want but it really wont give you the best results unless you remove the existing layers of wax so use the Step 1 before it but in my opinion with regular waxing you wont need one. Im not sure wether you have a good shampoo but with these products get a good wash and wax or something !

so finally got a chance
did a black box detailer wipe panel by panel n same way applied #26
applied less to no pressure on mf,but for dried water type spots,applied little pressure n they vanished
though applying wax panel by panel had one issue which was dust shifting to other waxed panel at corners
though i noticed no matter i sprayed on that corner or on dust or mf,still dust was shifting from one side to other,so used to flip mf to clean the panel
black box was done on sunday n #26 got late but atleast got it done

for un even wax application,i noticed wax ran out very quickly so after that i applied more on pad n next time i used some pressure n that issue got resolved
though cox of applying more n more wax,at end i noticed pad had so much wax,i could use it for half car again so i re did some parts
i had to wash the pad after that as it got dusty black or black box black,even poor supreme shine while buffing started to get little black

hum hazir sarkar my cleaner wax is finished so i can give its pad but u will have to pick it from my place
and shazo bahi jab apko ahmed bahi sai ya kashif bahi ya usman bahi sai milayn steal there klasse sealents specially ahmed bahi ka foran chori karna meraye liye lolz hahhahhaha

Thnkas bro.. it really worked even after 1st coat.. yeah i did only 1 coat and then detailer spray... alryt i ll apply 2nd coat on friday ll upload more pics ......

lemme i ask smthing.. do the car wash n shampoo gonna effect previous waxing??? like i ll need to wash it again b4 next waxing, so doing shamppo again gonna harm 1st waxing coat or is it gonna b ok with frequent wash n wax??

my car gets dust a lot ...even today its almost full of dust......as u explained i cant do dry dusting :(..... like i need to wash it twice a week ,so for now m i gonna need it wax n detail spray every time after wash?? or just once a week gonna b enough?

alryt thanks.. i ll get these for chrome n interior you are ryt swirls are still visible i tried to took following pic from same angle.... its been cloudy today so couldnt get clear image of swirl....

yeah i ll go with the follow you have told me...so for now i ll get my hands for waxing.... n then ll learn the glaze process from you...
do u think i need to do paint cutting anytime soon?
