Car Care and Detailing Dreams (Part 2)

Initially used Turtle Wax Ice shampoo then Meguiar's Ultimate Compound on the entire exterior then applied Turtle Wax Ice (synthetic wax paste). Engine bay cleaned with a 50:50 of water and Turtle Wax Ice shampoo and then used a ArmourAll Original protectant sponge and evened the surface off with a microfiber cloth for that matte finish. Then topped off the tires with a coat of ArmourAll tire foam protectant.

Truly some nice work you`ve belted out mate! Colours preety rich, lacking on the gloss though! How do you intend to make up for that??

car age is 65 days only and my car is mehran vxr euro11 smokegreen color...
i always polish my civic 2010 from pso pump bt they are too much expensive so now i decided to do this job at home...
now i need best advice and best polish or wax that cannot hurt paint of mehran...mehran is my personal car so i have to maintain it for my university...
i have open budget

Welcome on board brother! What sort of a finish are you looking at for the car ? You want it shiny ? You want the colour to stand out ? The car in question usually has a sloppy paint job, but the plus side is size....get yerself into practice an I`m sure you wont need more than 10 mins a day to keep yer car looking a million!

Dear Guru's will you people ship detailing stuff plus special applying techniques and tricks to all over Pakistan I am waiting for it. I will buy a new car till feb or march and then buy accordingly. And is Zap microfiber cloth good? I got it from Lahore Hyperstar.Currently I just shampoo wash my car due to my residency in a appartment. But will now look forward to wax and maintain a swirl free finish The shampoo is Armorall wash and wax bought from Hyperstar Karachi. And I request you to keep beginners products too because we have no experience and using professional products won't bring good results. Thanks

Yes we will be shipping detailing stuff, no worries on that! The doors of the studio are always open to people who wish to come in an ask an learn! Mubarak on the new coming car! An any microfibre is better than those yellow cloths out in the streets....all levels of prods will be available, but our focus will be to provide the stuff not available in the local market !

Ahmed bhai, JazakAllah for filling in everyone on the studio....an guiding everyone....guys, Im a bit tied up in the studio finishing and a lot of cars are on the menu....will soon be posting them as they get done.....DCs stickers and booklets are underway, had a few trail samples come in an were mailed to the people who helped DC establish itself. Hats off to all you guys.....rest will be mailing shortly! Girls, lets put Pakistan on the map of detailing ! We`ve got a lot of ground covered, alot of people have been made aware of the term "DETAIL!" Step up the game now!!!

thankyou sirgee credit goes all to you i remember when i started detailing it was so tough for me and i always skipped the roof and i wasted alot of shampoos by making more jahg hahahhaahha and sirgee sure jab ap sai miloon ga phir a kai laye loon ga stickers

as i said before my car is new and now i will wash it and wax it myself inshallah..
so i need advice from you what i do to keep my car clean and yes color should be stand out and bit shine too.i dont wana shine like black taxi usually has on road...

Had a couple of hour on hand after Friday prayer, so quickly washed the car, dried, dressed the tires and waxed it.

Products Used.

Swissvax Shampoo
Swissvax Pneu Tire Dressing
Couple of microfibers
Meguiars Mirror Glaze - Professional Paste Wax #16 ( old school boys )

Car was throughly rinsed, then applied shampoo using 2 buckets method. Dried with supreme shine microfiber and applied a cleaner wax - Meguiars. After that gave Megs #16 massage to the body panel by panel. small circular motion and let the paste to be fully absorbed by the paint and wiped it to a shine. (be carefull when you massage it, dont let the pad dry up). Did that on small portions of each panel instead of doing the whole panel at one time, at it get dries quickly.

Finally gave a final wipe so that i wont miss any part.
