MashAllah, awesome looking white. I think japanese whites are clear coated, are they ? I know axio is but not sure about vitz...
White looks great when its very deep white going into your eye, the kind they show in washing powder ads making whites appear whiter Thats the first step after which one can add the lens of sealant/wax for futher cosmetics.

i never seen any factory white paint with clear coat, usually all solid cols comes without clear coat but yes i have seen some after market solid paints with clear coat. indus black corolla is also solid and very easy test is use abbrasive on paint and u will get paint on ur applicator pads ( color bleeding )

Every local workshop painter declares that he does the best when it comes to repaint-- received the car a couple of days back when he only had painted the car although I was impressed by the paint quality and colour matching, he asked me to bring the car after 2 days for final treatment but he messed up the painted bonnet with that cheap sandpaper available in market and local compound
The problem is that they rub it too hard and the surface looses equality either paint or clear coat
So I wet sanded the bonnet again using 3M dilute sandpaper followed by ultimate compound , polish and then wax
The results are much better but you can see the lack of proper clarity because I did not go for a deep cut to avoid loosing colour-correction image

buhat buhat hee acchay outcomes mashallah. 3m sand papers are of very good quality and same number grit papers of other brands dont give similar outcomes of 3m. seems u use 2k grit paper than ultimate compound must have leaved behind sanding tracers as u need bit stronger cut to have flawless surface

paa gee its jdm silver and once i did similar car in silver and its paint quality almost same as german merc and bwm means very very hard and smooth paint so u cant compare its surface with pak suzuki

secondly wolfgang is proper solvent base sealant with atleast 6 months protection while dodo acrylic spritz is water based spritz sealant with comparatively less life

Meguiars supreme shine or quick interior detailer @price range of 1400 under 1000 would prefer sonax interior detailer dont know the name exactly ,all range avaialble with @detailing crew wax shop at reasonable rates

I am hoping that paint on the pads gets washed the usual way as you'd wash a polishing pad ?

Opti-Coat 2.0-Method of Application:
After unscrewing the cap and replacing it with the applicator cap I was ready to go. I dabbed some very small drops of OC onto a fresh applicator and began to apply in straight line method. The Opti-Coat 2.0 is TOTALLY DIFFERENT type of product as compared to all other waxes and sealants(liquid/spray) I have tested. It appeared to evaporate quicker. After a few strokes of careful application I became confident and bolder. I should say that a little goes long. I had a separate clean plush microfiber ready in hand if in case I see any high spot. I must mention here that proper light is VERY necessary while you apply the OC to see the high spots (if any). You will yourself feel the difference during its application. I wager all the experienced and senior detailers out there that the moment u apply it very first time, u will tell yourself from your experience... "Wow!!! its different".

Wb Hakro ! What a comeback ! An then all these high $$$ prods ! MashAllah ! Car looks swell ! What will you be maintaining the finish with ?

Waxed with Meguiars Gold Class around two weeks back with full surface prep. It does matter a lot! Even after 14 days of dust and mud, it beads during rain! Woke up this morning and I was delighted at the sight of it.

Not extrafantabulous, but still good for a normal range Carnauba Wax.

oh yes forgot to mention I used 3M P3000 Trizact pad for the purpose as the paint was not baked (wasn't hard to cut at all) and to avoid any damage I used the rotary not more than 4k revs
and yes the traces were not easy to remove , had to rub again mostly by hand to prepare the surface for polish and wax
Any ways sir I am a beginner , so I guess practise makes a man perfect - for that i'll be needing some time

Man, you took me back to my childhood days.....these toys were the young Arabs choice back in the days...theyd have black hood bras on the front, yellow lamps an theyd be raised from the front....considering the time period the car is from, the weather in Arabia........thats a heck of an effort to keep it blinging like you have....so you think it has any clear left on it ?

Super shots MashAllah. Looks wet and oily gloss. Go with 2 layers of WGDGPS (increased wetness) before topping carnauba (if you have to).
