Sir.. you are right but the problem is the road is full of salt. I took picture after driving 40 miles. Whatever you put on the wheels (maybe even gold) it will not work.. people keep another set of wheels for winter harsh weather. I have been driving very limited so didn't buy it.

New York City's road salt use averages 600,000 tons/year or 16.6 ton/ lane-mile./ year.
There are 22 states where DOT use road salt for deicing totaling about 12 Million per year on average. NY state is the largest consumer about 1.4 million ton salt use yearly. And out of that about 600 thousand just in NYC. This year they used about 850 million tons salt due to extreme weather. (Density populated and lot of roads within city).
This is how the road looks today ;like snow white. Not asphaltic black. Dark shade cars are also turned white..
