Car Care and Detailing Dreams (Part 2)

As a response in my thread

I was suggested to treat my car with detailing products to fix the problem and if I am not satisfied with the result only then I should go for a paint job

Now I think that the scratches are deep and detailing products won't do any good without proper tools

So I want advice from all the detailing gurus here, please suggest me if these scars can be fixed through detailing only

And since I don't have the proper tools or experience to do it myself I want to ask from where should I get it done, I am looking for good results but in reasonable price.

When you need suggestion thru pictures , your ride should be supper clean so one can focus/judge the damage
In above pictures your ride is SUPER dirty & condition is extremely neglected
Scratches/mud/dirt/swirl all mixed up, but one thing I am sure regardless of scratch removing your ride need complete treatment cycle
Full compound 'n' cut job which leads towards the correction process & correction process will leads towards the restore process & than you can think towards shine & protection.
Bring life to the dead paint which is not scratched & than address scratches

Has anyone used Armor All ultra shine liquid polish ?? I saw it at the store and would like some reviews before i buy it..
Any help is highly appereciated.!!

Thanks,, I bought Armor All upholstery cleaner and glass cleaner which are pretty god for their price and gave me good results. Needed some good advice before jumping on to their products before I put them on my car's exterior.

One final question from you Sir, I have Meguiar's Show car Glaze 7. I know it'a application is a bit technical but I used it and gave me good results. I eventually sealed it with Turtle Platinum liquid wax. Would it make any difference if I choose Turtle Ice Wax instead?? I know I shouldn't expect much from a 2007 mehran. Just need your opinion on it.

Yousaf bhai armorall is good economical brand , i personally like their tyre foam as well as detailer spray however their polish and wax is not good.

turtle platinum wax is hybrid means mixture of natural and synthetic wax, its good wax

turtle ice wax is fully synthetic wax.

yes u can use these waxes over meguiars #7 glaze

i personally like same brand products as they are made for each others and their chemical bonding better so give looks and protection for longer time

u can use turtle waxes over meguiars glaze just give apc wipe in between for better bonding

Here is my fresh detailing session on family's car Civic Oriel PT SR 2010.
Took almost 12 working hrs on the car.

Procedure:-

Clayed car with 3m clay,
Auto Finnese iron out.
Chemical guyz V32 Optical grade Extreme cutting compound on Meguir's Burgundy cutting pad with rotary.
Chemical guyz V36 Optical grade Cutting Polish on Meguir's Polishing pad with Dodo Spin Doctor DA.
Chemical guyz V38 optical grade final polish on 3m Blue wavle finishing pad with Dodo Spin Doctor DA.

Chemical Guys GAP_VKIT_04 - VLINE Polishing Sampler Kit (4 oz)

Meguiar's cleaner wax.
And the results.

Still to go,

-Wolfgang Deep gloss paint sealants 3.0 (two coats)
-Dodo Juice Light fantastic (two coats)
-Top ups by Dodo juice acrylic spritz.

Wont the apc wipe remove the filling and depth made by the glaze?

I am not a professional but looking at your car, you are actually damaging it with surf excel. Corolla has some good quality paint on it. Both wash and wax hasn't done much to your car. Its extremely hazy and not at all shiny.
I appereciate your hard work brother. But try to get genuine products so your car can really stand out and you don't spend your time in vain..!!!
