so finally got some time n car at home both to wash n wax
tried the foam method n made lots of it
washed n then applied GC
now again as usual i was feeling if application is not even,circles are more of just lines except for first 2 columns,so took out new pad for rest of the car,application felt better but dont know if still its well
i have took shots of application both with new n old pad,so guess which is with new n which with old n if application is fine with new pad though felt better but on roof again it felt not overlapping circles
now after all was done n i was going to take car somewhere i noticed from very close that there were thin lines of wax at one place which i guess will then show dust in circles later on,since it was GC so now when i came back,car already has a layer of dust n couldnt see if there are such thin lines of wax on other parts with new pad,but i buffed off every corner thrice with light n more pressure both :S
during last application of last week pad was getting black along the edges,i though it was due to dust,new pad also showed same thing this time,after drying again the water magnet also had black spots n what do u know,supreme shine also got black after the buff :mad:
what is happening :S

and how to get maximum lather or foam from car shampoo.

add shampoo in the bucket,n then add water with pressure,that'll make a lot of foam

ok starts from basic/ economical as u stated earlier, get one car shampoo , armorall shampoo or turtle ice shampoo, get turtle wax metalic ( blue jar) , microfiber clothes at least 2, for tyers armorall tyer foam for interior turtle f21 would be economical

ur car 2007 so i understand there would be swirls and scratches but since u dont have detailing experince so better start from said non abressive products and once u have command on products and more knowledge which u going to absorb in coming days here on this thread than go for swirls remover or compounding/polishing etc

YES sure,, today I visited 2 shops here in our city(lalamusa) since it is not a big city so could not find any branded stuff,, i shall visit gujrat nd will do the procedure that u told above IN SHA ALLAH nd share here results

as i dont have parking space so car gets real dirty in minutes ... and cleaning with quick detailer daily wud b expensive..

Suggestions needed
a good glass cleaner to remove marks inside windscreen

and something for the black plastic becoming dull and dry

For the black plastic, try any trim restorer, my personal recommendation is "Meguair`s Gold Class Trim Protectant" Glass cleaner.....turtle has a good one, or you can use the regular household glass cleaner as well.

Brother, just saw yer car, MashAllah for its model an age very well kept, though yer focusing a lot on the reflections, left see some work being put in for the depth too! Two bucket method.......well you keep two buckets with you when you are washing the car, one filled with clean water and the other with the cleaning solution, dip your sponge or washmitt into the cleaning solution tub an apply to the car`s surface, after doing a panel or two, dip it into the clean water tub a few times to allow any dust or sand particles trapped in the mitt to be taken out, leaving you with a clean mitt. CH9 already answered the other one correctly!

A lil detail session done today, washed with turtle ice, then nxt this time, last week i did meg cleaner wax+ gc no pix cz due to lack of time, n heavy fog, i ended up at 8pm, rest let the pix speak

I want you to get a clay bar, an do each an every panel of the car individually......now what I want you to check out is where the clay turns mucky.....on which panel it picks up this black paint.....get this done an then well come to the remedy.
