Yes, ive used both.
Honestly speaking, dc wax is a tough competitor of the ultimate wax but what do you expect when it's literally five times cheaper.
Dc wax gives a better glossy shine. It has a very easy application and removal- it melts onto the paint and spreads like a charm. It gives nice water beading too.
Ultimate wax is just a notch above dc wax as it lasts a bit longer and it has simply insane water sheeting ability. Lasts around 3 weeks in my use with the dc wax at two weeks.
The foam applicator with the dc wax could've been better, but believe in me there is no compromise on the quality of the wax itself. You dont get tired after applying it and it gives a high gloss shine.
On the other hand ultimate wax comes with a glittery shiny black applicator pad and a black supreme shine microfiber cloth with it and they're so nice, I havent even used them yet:P
Well, if I were you, I would buy dc wax and buy another panel pot of purple haze and save it for later;P
