Cuore had to go yaar.. it wasnt the same again and it had tons of issues after the hit. But no doubt it was the best car I had and the build and paint quality was far far superior to this swift.
Swift is very fun to drive. It has a nice feel to it and it handles excellent. The engine is powerful and eats up my rolla eyes closed but it is heavy on the pocket and the paint quality is pathetic.- I should be thankful that they painted the exterior because the interior isnt. (Under the carpet and inside the doors)..

Thanks for liking though. Im trying reeeally hard to make this look good.

Yar ur interior plastic is too dry..
its looking much more lighter in color thn mine..
is this chage in color or dry.. or my eyes got faulty..

It appears like this because of flash.

I plan to detail my rush this weekend so should i take off the spare wheel and then do it or let it remain mounted???
Plus can i use megs ultimate liquid wax on black colour or not???

please recommend me a way to get to the edges of the grill i tried using detailing brush and trim protectant but even that wound not get into the small corners, any ideas

and yes the cone work is important:P when you work so hard on the car especially compounding you don't want any one near it

Try q tips......ear buds.....best to get into smaller sections.......best of luck my man !

please give suggestions on wax laying technique with DA polisher, this was my first time using it, are the coats even or thin enough, what improvements can be made, major issue also becomes getting a paste wax like meg gold class onto the polisher itself

this pattern faintly reminds of dodo juice logo next time will try to spell dodo juice:P

help is needed in engine bay department was well, used astonish engine degreaser then blasted it with steam washer and used dressing, astonish hardly works plus what to do in these type of engines which have very little plastic shrouds and open sensors and pipes etc, how to clean them, i am strictly against water

Dynamically static has explained pretty well the process of the wax app....yer good to on that front....for the open sensors...the usual method is cover it up with tin foil.....or you can place a plastic bag on the sensor an seal it with a rubber band.....but then expecting years of grime to run off in a single session....not happening my man ! Give it a couple of runs an you`ll be cashing the engine cheque !

thankyou for your replies, i have one last question, is it okay to use engine degreaser on the underside of the hood, and what to do about some oil spots or other spots stuck on the underside of the hood, steam didn't work at all there

Meray bhai.....aik golden rule apna aap ko bata raha hoon....when in doubt.....go to the nature of the product....lets say you want to nourish the wiper blades.....wiper blades are made of rubber so you can use a trim dresser or a tyre gel even....now since yer going for the underside of the hood....either you`ll have underlay, which is fabric so apc with brushing an then you have paint....so maybe some claying an then some abrasive, hand buffing perhaps.....! Happy Detailing !

Taking off the spare wheel will allow you to get into the cavity an cleanse it so yes.....but be prepared to do some paint correction....or atleast paint cleansing.....an yes Megs Ultimate liquid wax can be used on black colour !

So finally i bought a bottle of Turtle Rinse Free wash and wax and a washmitt upon the suggestion of @omarabdullah22

However since i started going through the detailing thread it makes me feel like i should get into it too!.

So heres my first attempt on washing my ride with rinse free shampoo. I was running outta time so i wasn't able to wax it so i just managed to wash it and captured pics using cell phone camera.

My next purchase will be Megs Ultimate Shampoo Inshallah

Thanks for wishes Omer and ALHAMDULILLAH.... one more thing, in my company there are 8 (2 Black and 6 Pearl White) corolla same as mine and ALHAMDULILLAH I have the cleanest and lowest mileage one. regarding market price of same model car am getting almost 15% to 20% more. and INSHALLAH will get good price than market.

Omer jo naseeb mein hogi wo mil jayegi, just planned now only one thing that am upgrading to SUV or MPV.. .. by the way I liked white color most, but in some vehicles the White color is more graceful than other colors, like Prado (2003 - 2009) in Pearl white...
