Have bought wash mit and microfiber towles also. Next on the wishlist is some good wax.

Be watchful for using the citrus wash n gloss as its super concentrated and is actually meant for a pre-wash when going for a complete detail to get rid of prior wax build up etc.. I have used this at 1:500-600 ratio (so 10ml of CWnG and 5/6 ltrs water). Pour the shampoo first in clean bucket and open a stream and get great sudsy solution..

At 1:128 (which is typical dilution used by many shampoos), it will strip most waxes/sealants...

salam all detailers, i need to ask how to take care of this (encircled in pic) ? these trims have gotten silver in 15 years, originally they were black. is it advisable to just grab a black aerosal paint can and spray it or any other way to do it in a sleek manner.

Seems like metal piece is worn off.

Wrap it up with 3M matte black wrap paper. Your only job is to find a guy who can do it really good. My car came with silver moldings and I hate them to bits, I got this done from my tints guy.

Now these wraps are over 1.5 years old and still looking fine - no fades, chipping or any other problem what so ever.

You are based in Karachi so no help there, but now 3M is available at every other wrapping shop. I do not remember what I paid but I guess 1K or 1.5K should be the max if the work is really good.

Brothers i need an advice regarding polishing my car.
I have recently purchased a toyota surf in black colour,the body is too rough it feels like there is too much contamination on the paint or maybe its over spray, it feels like paint is matte at some point.

I will try claybar it may help, if it doesn't help so do i need to compound my car?

Also i wanted to know that can i use rotary polisher at slow speed to apply polish? If so, what would i need to buy? Any specific pad?

Bro contamination and overspray will be taken care of by the clay bar, but if it still persists, a tad of abrasion, like wetsand or compounding will be in order.Yes you can use the rotary at slow speed for polishing, just make sure yer going at a decent enough speed to breakin the polish ! An yes a good polishing or finishing pad will do !

Totally new to detailing, so this is going to be my fist ever wash,wax...
I am currently planning to get http://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-G55032-Complete-Car-Care/dp/B0012ZEZ8A, most prolly it's gonna cost me 7K +, are there any alternatives in pakistan from where i can get these products individually ?
Also My car is white and has plenty of swirls and some scratches, engine bay is dirty as hell and lastly i think yellow layer is coming on my white paint, so any suggestions would be most welcome.

Get ur car detailed from a detailing center and maintain regularly with good mfs shampoo and wax.
