2 basic types of waxes
1) natural or carnuaba based waxes
2) synthetic waxes
natural waxes give depth and warm look/touch to car , i personally like this wax for dark colors as these waxes further darken the paint, rich deep gloss but negative things having short life, attract dust etc
on other hand synthetic waxes or man made waxes give longer protection and good reflections , give silky touch so attract less dust but negative things dont give much depth in paint so i prefer this on light color paints
ok i am going to tell u very good economical combo which will give depth as well as longer life with silky touch
use same wax u have but topup with turtle sealer its come in liquied form and fix the wax coat
u have to shampoo wash car, apply ur turtle wax metalic , give 8 hours curing time and than apply turtle sealer
turtle metalic wax will give depth to paint and turtle sealer coat will give good protection and silky touch
