Doing a a pretty roughly driven prius these days...
And here are some pictures of Wheel Arches BEFORE, the grime we took out of the wheel arches and the cleaned brand new looking rim!

This wheel not only had mud on it, it was full of tar and stickiest black grease all over!

AFTER:

This is the dirt we got out of the wheel arches, half of it was already drained when I snapped this picture:

Interior stripped apart for cleaning, this had some really dirty suede interior trim.. will be posting the 'after' pics when the detailing is complete!

pretty simple sprayed degreaser on whole engine let it sit for some time and sprayed pressure water on sides and cleaned engine with wet cloth and a spray of water from a distance

Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax. It wont strip away LSP, suds up great, requires very little amount using the two bucket method, has a small amount of wax in it for that slick finish and smells great. I have been using it since last 3yrs.

Some teasers!

The green prius is done with compounding, gotta give her a finishing polish yet, but the results are already mouth watering!
This is a 2007 prius, rough driven locally...

Initial wash - Check (Wheel arches, Rims, Engine Bay)
Autoscrubing - Check
Compounding - Check
Head/Tail lights restoration - Check
Interior - Check

Just finishing polish, then sealant and the car is done!

Meguiars Hyperwash is amazing shampoo. The best I have used.
Far better than Meg wash and wax.

I have used both too. Have found hyperwash to be an average shampoo. Doesnt leave a slick finish at all. It's only good for foaming operation.

Dear experts, kindly guide me about a car wash shampoo which also clears all previous waxes and polishes and prepares surface for new detailing session, currently using formula 1 shampoo, not a very good one...

You cannot use a shampoo alone to strip your car of previous wax and polish applications. You can start with clay to clean the surface of contaminants and wax. Use a rubbing compound to fine clean it.

Then you are ready for next application.

Use APC in with heavy dilution. Keep working until water stops beading.

Use Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss with less diluation, it will prep your paint for waxing.

Shampoos are really mild and are made of neutral pH, all shampoos contain a certain small % of added wax in them to make your car look shiney after the wash. So no... A shampoo wont clear your previous wax coat... it would add wax to it!

You need a little concentrated APC for that, an APC wipe should work.
